InspireInstill the belief that you can do everything that you set your minds to, while also developing a sense of community and belonging.

MISSION

To serve in the CSS, one must have specialized training, expertise, physical fitness, mental toughness, and perseverance. It's not uncommon for jobs dealing with customers to be draining, isolating, and unappreciative. However, we hope that our efforts will serve as motivation for our audience by demonstrating that they are not alone and that they have a group of people who can relate to their struggles and provide them with advice, mentorship, and encouragement on their path to success because of the common ground they share.

PURPOSE

Bring CSS members from all around the globe together with the shared purpose of improving the CSS as a whole. Establish a support foundation/network and educate personnel on the "CSS" experience by exchanging information, addressing issues faced by others, providing solutions, and improving current processes.

OBJECTIVE

  • Improve understanding of CSS capabilities and functionalities

  • Develop a community that will inspire, lead, and connect on a global scale

  • Improve individual flexibility, critical/creative thinking, and decision-making abilities

  • Strengthen the foundation for professional and personal development

  • Navigate balance, resilience, and self-care

Each unit's Commander’s Support Staff (CSS) is its beating heart. The essential component to their accomplishments!
